What makes me unique
As an account manager, I’m a bit of a Jane of all (marketing) trades. In addition to managing client relationships, I develop and implement strategic plans and oversee all brand communications. Whether I’m creating an ad, drafting a press release or managing social media messaging, I seek balance between the all-important big picture with a keen eye for the nitty-gritty details. Ultimately, I aim to ensure that all brand communications are cohesive, authentic and effective.
The projects that I love
I’m a puzzle person – doggedly obsessive about figuring out the best solution to a problem and methodical in my execution of it. I enjoy any project that requires you to use both halves of your brain to solve a problem, and working with clients in this capacity allows me to do just that. Learning about a firm, what sets it apart from its competitors and its long-term goals, and then devising a step-by-step plan to help them achieve that through marketing communications is immensely gratifying.
What makes me proud
I take pride in ensuring that tactics are chosen because they further a client’s goals, not simply because they are expected or the “norm.” There’s nothing better than seeing all the moving parts of a marketing plan work together to visibly impact a client’s bottom-line.
