What makes me unique
Before joining Content Pilot, I spent seven years working in house as a legal marketing professional. This experience allows me to put myself in our clients’ shoes and better understand the challenges they may be facing. My clients can rely on me to see their point-of-view and come up with the best solutions for their unique situation.
I approach each project by getting to know the client and the firm first. I truly believe that once you have the best sense of the people and the motivations behind the project, everything else will fall in line. Having said that, our clients appreciate that I have a deep understanding of technologies and a keen design eye, and how both can further their differentiating strategy and achieve their goals.
The projects that I love
As a project manager, it is my responsibility to walk hand-in-hand with our clients through every step of the website project and ensure that the final product goes beyond their expectations. Seeing a website take shape from the strategy phase through to launch is an amazing experience. Building strong relationships with clients along the way and hearing their reactions once their vision is on the screen, is extraordinarily rewarding.
I especially enjoy the collaborative nature of the branding and design process with the client. I love digging into the strategy behind design decisions. It’s truly exciting when we find that special color or element in design that conveys exactly what our clients want to say, especially when the solution isn’t immediately clear at the outset.
What makes me proud
I am proud of the relationships I have created with our clients and of the products and services we provide. I am proud of my ability to keep a cool head in what can be stressful situations and work toward solutions that can help our clients sleep easier – knowing that the trust they have put in us is well-placed.
I am also proud of my modest progression as an artist and photographer. And, I am gratified by the work I have done with my girlfriend and “Transcend” to raise money for Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services, and look forward to continuing that work to help children and families in need.
