I am an advisor at Content Pilot and care deeply about the success of your business. My role is to provide operations advice to the Content Pilot team to ensure the delivery of smart solutions and a great experience for clients. I also strive to provide an excellent workplace for our diverse group of talented people, while making certain that our technology platforms support our success into the future.

What makes me unique

A strong foundation across many business disciplines gives me the ability to communicate and work well to connect all areas and levels of our business — from project management, technology and human resources to marketing and business strategy. Having previously worked in both the technology and legal industry businesses makes me a perfect fit as a senior advisor for Content Pilot.

The projects that I love

Working together should be a positive and dare I say — enjoyable experience! It is my goal to make all projects a positive journey for everyone involved.

Personally, I love working with clients who are “all-in” on the projects they engage us to perform and who are passionate about their work. I also really enjoy working together to brainstorm/design new and innovative ways to solve business challenges and improve our Proposal Pilot and Deals and Cases tools, while helping our clients improve their processes and win rates. Solving client problems and process issues is one of my specialties.

What makes me proud

The success Content Pilot has had from its startup days to becoming an industry leader makes me proud. I have especially enjoyed seeing clients turn our applications into business-winning solutions for their firms. The enduring relationships I have built working with clients on their projects continue to be extremely gratifying.

Seeing employees grow in their careers – even when that growth takes them to new opportunities elsewhere – is definitely one of the most fulfilling aspects of my job. I believe it is part of my responsibilities to give everyone a chance and the tools to succeed.
