I lead the technical team at Content Pilot. Our programmers are responsible for taking the vision, plans, designs and ideas from our clients and our strategy, creative and project management teams to solve problems, improve processes and help clients successfully manage their content. Our ultimate goal is to be a conduit to our clients’ success and ultimately ensure that their websites, proposal centers and experience databases work harder and make them happier.
As the Administrative Coordinator for Content Pilot, my responsibilities vary and cover a wide range of tasks ranging from Human Resources, legal documentation and detailed reporting to office preparation and assisting our personnel. I approach each task with great enthusiasm until it’s complete.
I work with Content Pilot in an advisory role on the CP Web Pilot implementation of the WordPress platform. My draw towards the legal industry is natural as my father, mother and brother are all attorneys working in the Dallas area. Somehow I escaped the rigors of law school.
I work closely with CP Project Managers and our Client Service team to improve processes for our software project implementations. Another major focus is to ensure that milestones and deliverables are met by employing Project Management best practices. I keep a constant watch so that our team has the tools in place to successfully deliver work and manage our clients’ most important projects throughout their life cycle.
I’m Siobhan Davis (pronounced Sha-Vaughn), Creative Director for Content Pilot. I have been designing since 1995 and am producing my strongest and best work today. I am proud to say my client projects have won hundreds of awards, including Clios, Webbys, Your Honor Awards, GDUSAs and AGDAs – just to name a few.
I was born in Houma, LA and have lived in more than 30 different regions across the United States. Graphic and web design are a passion for me and I have created numerous websites on a variety of platforms. A teacher at heart, I enjoy evaluating processes and identifying areas where they can be improved. I am a quick study and I use that to our client's advantage every chance I can.
I develop the outlines and the Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates that are used to print web pages to presentation-ready PDFs and to generate the highest quality proposals. My job is to bring in the client's content formatted to the client's specifications, whether a biography, practice or industry, news or team page.
I am a Senior Project Manager at Content Pilot who specializes in Proposal Pilot and CP Deals and Cases implementations. It gives me such a sense of accomplishment when working with our clients to create a custom Proposal or Deals system that generates new revenue for the law firm and increases the productivity of the marketing and business development teams.
