What makes me unique
With training and a career progression that has spanned many disciplines, functions and industry domains, I use this multi-faceted exposure to drive projects through the various phases of definition, development and implementation. I know how to bring projects to a successful conclusion. I enjoy working and brainstorming with our highly skilled client and company team members to find solutions to challenges that are beyond the obvious.
My experience in technology up and down “the stack” helps me work seamlessly with the many subject-matter experts that are part of the teams we form with our clients.
I am also one of five Content Pilot “boomerang” employees, meaning I worked for CP four years, left to pursue an entrepreneurial venture and then returned. Content Pilot is the best fit for me because it fully supports the success and growth of our clients and our CP team.
The projects that I love
When we exceed expectations! – which is the goal of every project. I enjoy working together as a team to craft a vision, then with more experience and information sharing, evolving to improve on the original ideas, and finally, delivering solutions to challenges not envisioned or maybe only partially seen at the outset.
When we can jointly design and implement business-process improvement that allows people to perform at the top of their skill sets, I feel especially good about what we have accomplished. Nothing is better than empowering someone to do their best and most enjoyable work – or making a time-intensive task easy to do.
What makes me proud
I am immensely proud when my Content Pilot teammates and I help clients address a challenge, solve a problem or improve a cumbersome process – in general, I am proud when I help make our clients’ work-life a bit better. That goes for any relationship I am a part of. When someone can look back and say – “I’m glad I had that guy/team partnered with me, they really made a difference in my life,” it’s a big win!
Looking across my life, I’m extremely proud when I can contribute to the growth, improvement and goal-achievement of others, whether the young people I coach in sports, co-workers who are advancing in their careers, family and friends who look for guidance or teammates on my sports teams.
