What makes me unique
I am an AI and technology executive who builds intelligent platforms for complex, high-stakes environments. From senior leadership roles at Cisco and Alcatel-Lucent to founding and exiting my own AI company, my career has focused on translating sophisticated business challenges into scalable, production-grade solutions.
As Chief AI Officer at Content Pilot, I lead AI strategy and innovation across the company’s platforms for leading law firms. My focus is on responsibly deploying generative and predictive technologies that meet the governance, confidentiality and performance standards of professional services organizations. I believe AI must enhance expertise and trust, delivering solutions that are accurate, attributable and genuinely valuable.
The projects that I love
I love building AI platforms that operate where precision matters most. Whether in healthcare systems, telecommunications infrastructure or global law firms, I am energized by designing technology that performs reliably at scale in environments where accuracy, governance and trust are non-negotiable.
At Content Pilot, I am especially excited about advancing legal intelligence, helping firms capture institutional experience, automate proposals, strengthen knowledge management and elevate business development performance. Starting with workflow realities and governance requirements, we build AI that fits seamlessly into professional services environments rather than forcing change for change’s sake.
I also enjoy advising SaaS founders and executive teams on product-market fit, AI strategy, revenue architecture and international expansion. There is something deeply rewarding about helping early-stage innovators build disciplined, scalable systems that enable long-term profitable growth.
What makes me proud
I am proud to have led teams that brought award-winning AI solutions into production in major U.S. hospital systems, proving that advanced AI can responsibly operate in high-confidentiality, high-accuracy environments.
I am proud of founding and successfully exiting an AI company that helped businesses harness user-generated content in entirely new ways. I am equally proud of the multicultural, multidisciplinary teams I have led across four continents — building organizations that deliver innovation through diversity of perspective and expertise.
On a personal level, I am proud of my journey from Medellín, Colombia – where I grew up playing competitive tennis – to becoming the first Colombian to win a junior South American Championship, competing on the ATP Tour, and later moving to the United States to play college tennis while earning my degree in Electrical Engineering with honors. I am also honored to be a Latino Entrepreneur Fellow of Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
