Merchant & Gould
In designing our third website for Merchant & Gould, we uncovered three important goals for the firm: 1) Cement the client “sweet spot” – the GCs of the Russell 3000 – they are the ones hiring them. 2) Prove that M&G is the “red telephone” of IP law firms. Meaning, they are always ready, on top of the latest issues and opportunities, and the most responsive firm with whom clients have worked. And 3) Prove M&G’s depth of knowledge in all areas of science and technology. Because IP is worth little without a strategy that drives monetization and protection, we created the “What’s your IP strategy?” position, then planned and designed the website with the marketing team and website committee around this.
