A proposal is an opportunity to start fresh or reset an existing relationship. And it begins with a well-designed strategy.

Attendees at the 2018 LMA Southeast Regional Conference got an in depth presentation on how to create better proposals from Deborah McMurray and Keith Wewe. The duo broke down what makes up a winning strategy for law firms and business development teams. Their well attended presentation covered topics like:

  • The must-have components for law firm proposals
  • A proposal timeline from start to finish
  • How technology can help create useful content
  • Common missteps in the proposal process

The data comes from the recently completed CP Flash Survey on proposal best practices. Keith and Deborah utilized this research to create an engaging and informative presentation for the audience. This was the first comprehensive look at the results from the opening installment of the CP Flash Survey Series. The LMA Southeast Conference attendees were among the first to hear our analysis on these groundbreaking results and learn how to apply it to their own proposal strategy.
